(RTTNews) - The US dollar saw mixed performance during late New York trading on Thursday in New York. The greenback improved slightly against the Japanese yen, but it saw choppy trading against the sterling. Versus the euro and the franc, the US currency moved sideways in the session.

(RTTNews) - The Japanese yen steadily fell against the pound in trading on Thursday. The currency dropped to a mark of 241.07 by the mid-afternoon. On the whole, the yen is at a multi-year low against its British counterpart.
